Gem By Carati marked the Ng family's third store in Calgary. Henry's Jewellers was the very first store, which launched in the Lancaster Building in 1978. Carati was the second store, which was started in Banker's Hall in 2003. Gem was started in December 2011 and serves as a leading destination for fine Swiss watches and other exclusive brands, such as Forevermark Canadian Diamonds. In September 2018, Gem by Carati relocated to the Bankers Hall second floor. The new location boasts 1650 square feet with a selection of classic and brand-new brands and an exclusive custom design bar.
