Our services began in 2003 with specialized jewelry, including Canadian-mined diamonds and custom-made items. We employ two masters of Swiss watchmaking. Their combined experience in restoring European and Japanese models includes all original and hand-made parts. Swiss-trained watchmakers can adjust straps for any watch from any era for a proper fit. This includes adding and removing links to ensure the watch's weight is balanced and comfortable to wear. Your Signature Jeweller can acquire replacement pieces from antique, vintage, or custom-made sources when required. For in-store services, we offer gasket replacement and add/remove links. We can also replace your watch battery and reseal your watch against water ingress, provided it meets warranty requirements.
